Mr. Gordon, the president of Catalyst Financial, has nearly 20 years of experience and contacts in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Catalyst Financial, Mr. Gordon founded Berenfeld Capital Markets, LLC and was a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at both Ladenburg Thalmann, & Co. and at Capitalink, LC. Mr. Gordon focuses on both capital raising and mergers & acquisitions, as well as taking an active role in the firm's financial and strategic advisory assignments. Mr. Gordon has lead or been involved in well over $1 billion worth of transactions for small and middle market companies.  In addition to his role at Catalyst, Mr. Gordon sits on the South Florida Association for Corporate Growth Board of Directors and on the Board of Directors for two private companies, Resident Interactive, Inc. and InterEz, Inc.  Mr Gordon is also on Florida International University's Masters in Finance Advisory Board, and is registered with FINRA; he currently holds the series 7, 24, 66, 79 and 99 licenses.
