Maria Fregosi has been involved with investment banking and financial company management for over 20 years. Ms. Fregosi was most recently COO/CFO of Client First Settlement Funding, a boutique specialty finance company. She was with ABN AMRO Bank for 15 years, where as an Executive Vice President she was part of the executive team that ran and successfully sold the mortgage business. She was responsible for the development and creation of numerous successful business lines at ABN AMRO both in the US and in Europe. Ms. Fregosi has an MBA in Finance and Applied Economics from the Simon School at the University of Rochester and a BA in Economics from the State University College of New York at Buffalo where she graduated Summa Cum Laude; she currently holds the Series 24, 63, 79 and 99 licenses.
