Mr. Noritake has over 20 years of experience in investment banking as well as strategic planning and operations.  During a successful career at Citigroup he was Head of their Structured Trade Finance Division and Co-Head of Loan Structuring and Syndications in Latin America.  During his tenure at Citigroup, he completed over $12 billion in complex cross border transactions for both start up and Fortune 100 companies utilizing U.S, international capital as well as global loan markets.  While at Standard Bank, Mr Noritake was the Managing Director responsible for all the bank’s lending activities in the Americas.  He managed $1 Billion portfolio, which included companies from 10 countries in the Americas.   In addition to his investment banking experience, he has been the Chief Financial Officer for both start up and high growth companies in the technology and services sector which involved equity and debt raising, acquisitions and strategic planning and execution.
